How to handle Brigadeiros?

SHELF LIFE : Keep the product refrigerated to maintain and prolong its soft and smooth texture. Our products are best if consumed immediately, as they do not include preservatives. Brigadeiros will last up to 20 days in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer.

Ingredients/Allergens?

Brigadeiros:

Milk, Sugar, Cacao, Cocoa Powder and Cocoa Butter. Some flavors contain: nuts, fruit paste and spices. Gluten Free flavors available.

Allergens Warnings:

Contains Milk. Not suitable for individuals with milk allergies. Nuts are processed in our facility.

If you are allergic to nuts and/or gluten, contact us at order@latelierdubrigadeiro.com for detailed information per Brigadeiro flavor.

Can I request a flavor?

Absolutely!  We have an array of flavors, but we love creating custom orders.  Please let us know how we can serve you!

Delivery/Pick Up options?

Pick up and delivery available. Delivered orders are mainly for Catering Orders ( starting at 100 Brigadeiros)
